Semester I

General Objective:

The module will provide theoretical and practical knowledge on different types of forest, influence of locality factors on the growth of forest trees, dynamics of forests, regeneration and various tending operations. Students will be familiarized with different types of stands and regeneration both from seeds and vegetative parts.
